Nope, because Silver comes from the future and not from a parallel world, from which Blaze comes from (Sonic Dash). I believe that she came back in the future to help Silver and the others by stopping the coming disaster, but it was too late.

I never said that I can explain it. No one knows for sure at which time this will happen... 1, 2, 10, 30 years... or even days? This is not given yet. Blaze came to Sonic's world once, maybe she came several days or years later when the disaster began and we know how easy thing can get out of control if you remember Sonic Adventure 1 and 2. I even believe that the events will start in a near time after Eggman takes control over the Flames of Destruction... or how it was named ^^; I also think that Silver was made like Shadow to prevent this danger from coming and was sent back in time to make sure that this wrongness never happens.
