Here is yet another fan-character...

Monica was a ceremonial dancer on Cerinia. She led a simple life until her home planet was in need of an ambassador. Although she didn't have any large social status, the people trusted her judgement and her iron will, and thus named her the ambassador. She was to go to Corneria where other planets in Lylat met to discuss diplomacy. Being new to the area, she wanted the best to guard her, so she hired Starfox's James McCloud to act as a bodygaurd for the duration of her stay. She had quite the spitfire personality and was quite defiant, which intrigued him. What caught his attention even more was that she was never afraid to say exactly what was on her mind, even to the other ambassadors.

Long story short, the two hooked up, got married and had their only son, Fox. =D
