That's a bit of a cheeky comment, coming from someone with an empty gallery. I drew every frame in the animation with my graphics tablet and stitched them together with an online gif maker, before converting to MP4 and adding the sounds. I do not have any animation software.
It could use improvement though. Have you got any constructive criticism for me?

Oh, sorry from coming off as cheeky, I didn't mean to.
Well, I'm not an animator, but I love animation and follow lots of animators online. I'd recommend getting some proper animating software, like Adobe Flash or Toonboom. (Short on cash? Free downloads of older versions of Flash are easy to find: https://youtu.be/pXvZUqoNBNI ) Also, you could watch some animating tutorials to get started (Here's one, but I'll warn you this guy's language isn't 100% clean: https://youtu.be/U0igv_BKikg )
As for this animation here, I think you could work on various things. The human looked a bit goofy. Comparing your art to references of real or fake humans and studying anatomy might help. The bird's lunging animation looked pretty janky and could use some work. I could see the frame rate speed up when slow down, generally animations look better then the frame rate is constant. In addition, don't be afraid from trying to draw things at different angles to the viewer. You seem to be fixated on the side profile. Lastly, just keep practicing and find what works for you.
(I will say that the swallowing bit at the end was animated pretty well.)

Okay, thanks for the feedback. A lot of the issues you mention do stem from not using the appropriate tools for the job. I am actually primarily a writer, I only got into art (and then trying animation) recently. The frame rates are probably different because two parts of the animation were made on two different days, and I couldn't remember what frame rate the original animation used. That and drawing each frame separately makes it hard to have good continuity.
As for side profile, I personally just like that angle (and my background comes from engineering drawing, which is mostly profile and plan views of objects, so that's what I'm best at drawing). I'm thinking of making another animation in a few weeks/months, and I'm planning to have a cut to a front view in that one, so it's not so stiff. I'd like to have a higher frame rate (this is about 10 FPS), but with that comes a lot more work.
Anyways, I'm still working to improve my art, I only started drawing seriously (outside of aforementioned engineering drafting) three months ago. I have to say I'm much better at drawing birds than I am at the human form...

Well if you want to stick to your guns with side profiles, you can do great things with just that. Here is an amazing animation with like 90% side profiles: https://youtu.be/xMCeQ-IloLg
Again, just find out what works for you.
