Breaking in a new sketchbook

A drawing I did to christen the starting of a new sketchbook ^_^ I accidently put it on the second page, instead of the first. Now I have a blank first page and a colored second :/ oh well.

Its a kitty cat :3 ....who may or may not be wearing panties...

Take a look at such sites as RedBubble.com or Cameesa.com or a handful of others that artists can post their work to, and sell as tshirts.

Yeah you can make out part of the word 'check' above the 'mate'

Actually, I always leave the first pages blank. They smudge all to hell with the cover rubbing against them.

Well I wanted a nice colored picture to be the first. And colored pencil doesn't really smudge that much....or at least not enough for me to care :3

That is done very nicely.

Though, the bottom is obviously cat (and I am kinda envious of how well you pulled off the legs/feet). But the head looks kinda dog like. Not entirely sure why, nose and ears a bit big? Just getting some reminders of Bolt in her head.

Still, very nice picture.
