so this is a Semprian Avian spear fighter :D I've been working on this guy on and off for so damn long and this is an old picture and probably one of my most neglected ones ever. seriously, I'll work on him for about 3 minutes and then get an Idea for something else. I should really just finish him :\... oh well.

but yeah. Seprian Avians are all about military superiority. they have a very militarized, strict culture and have ruled the skys for as long as anyone on Sempria can remember. there generally peaceful in the way that they protect rather then concur. they like to keep other in their place and discourage petty wars.
