This was both fun and aggravating to do.
I got this idea a while back when I was contemplating the teenhood of Clint's first wife, Vivian. I envisioned her being the Queen Bee that almost every high school setting has, and wanted to do a rodent version of the cover of "Mean Girls": https://www.google.com/search?q=mean+girls&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiwyv2O4cvXAhUV1mMKHXlUBqMQ_AUICigB&biw=1366&bih=662#imgrc=qf1nWWmCLmyISM:
But since Vivian's group would consist of five instead of four, I added in this pose as well: https://www.google.com/search?q=mean+girls&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiwyv2O4cvXAhUV1mMKHXlUBqMQ_AUICigB&biw=1366&bih=662#imgrc=VsBX_pZNQQ3XfM:
For their outfits, I drew inspiration from a poster of "Pretty Little Liars": https://www.google.com/search?q=pretty+little+liars&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjX7YbC4cvXAhVK0WMKHfJeC74Q_AUICygC&biw=1366&bih=662#imgrc=hE1qkULlG-C22M:
I think this all should give you an idea of what these rodent-girls are like. ^^
From left to right, we have Winifred, Vanessa, Simone, Vivian and Diane. Like I said earlier, Vivian is the Queen Bee, with her first cousin Simone as her second-in-command, so to speak. Vanessa is Vivian's younger sister, and Winifred is Simone's younger half-sister. Diane isn't related by blood to any of them, but she's a close family friend, and is in Vanessa and Winifred's year. She also comes from a much wealthier family than the other four do.
Also, you might notice that on the four 'background' rats, their muzzles have no mouths. That was both a stylistic choice, but also because I had gotten lazy and was afraid I'd ruin their faces if I tried adding in mouth-lines.
