Reminds me of a tale from an old veteran: He'd come over from Poland and joined to army to help expedite his integration into America. (Well that and WWII was going on) But he vividly remembers the processing center at the army base when everyone was in hospital gowns. He heard the snap of latex as the doctor donned his examination gloves. "Welcome to America!" =^^=
