So I'm looking to quit my job and start working on art full-time. This is kind of an incredibly risky change of lifestyle for me, and I'm looking for anyone that could chip in towards it. My plan is to quit my full-time job by May 30'th of next year with a minimum of $10k in savings to be strictly used for rent and bills from then on. I'm not asking anyone to just give me money of course, that's stupid. However I can't really offer much of anything in the time between now and then outside of commission work (when I have the time to open it again!). So what I'm doing is opening up my Patreon something like a tipjar. Even if only $1 can be spared, that's cool. Everything will go towards rent and bills as well as saving up. Reasons this is cropping up are numerous, but the main thing is that my job is just draining me. I don't have time to work on things that I desperately want to, and I feel like I'm just wasting time at a full-time job away from home that consistently finds ways to drag me back to work.
