A physical specimen of his kind seems to be catching the attention of an argonian and khajiit as they go about their day in Leyawiin.
A bit more work than I'd normally put into a 'sketch'.

Not all bonds rely on the ability to breed, and not all Argonians are natives of Black Marsh. The further out from their home province you go, the more Argonians you'll find who have no connection to the Hist. There were a number of female argonians who seemed quite friendly in Oblivion, and I'm not completely sure, but I don't think you have to be an argonian male to marry Shahvee in Skyrim.
