This page was done with inkwash and watercolor, with walnut ink for some touchups... Dialogue and stuff was added digitally afterwards!
Phew, glad we're getting away from all the crowd scenes! Well, sorta... I like designing the crowd. :'> But I also like being able to focus more on the story, and get down to brass tacks! Dialogue was a struggle here, but I think it worked out in the end! The plot thickens, as Lewin finds himself in the lair of the snakemom! What will he learn? ... Probably nothing good!
The meowth's name is Cendre, incidentally (if you can even see him)
