The gag is that since she's an Hungarian("Hoofarian") pegasai, all Hungarian/Hoofarian pegasai are descendants of Turul, a mythological bird in Hungarian folklore and so she's...eating like a bird. Yeah.
It's probably just a goofy doodle on it's own even without the explanation, but it was used in a response pic to this post on tumblr:
