How to train your dutch angel dragon:
Start with something shiny. Tease them a little with it. Get them interested. Then smile, toss it and get out of the way!

You know, I think so! Every one that I've met so far seems to enjoy a good time.
This fellow is still trying to make sense of the modern world and isn't quite sure how to react.
He's got teeth and claws though: He has not yet identified any threats so he let his guard down last weekend and relaxed a little.

A dog'll fetch it and bring it back. A dragon'll chase it and probably keep it. They do like to possess territories, certain types of things, and sometimes grow attached to certain people.
Aethon really liked Helios and his sun chariot. He loved the island of Thrinacia and walked with the Heliades before he was captured by Ares.

I'm afraid not. The Grecian mythological world straddled both the physical and ethereal planes of existence. The ethereal plane is complicated. So while the physical island may still exist, it would be only a shadow if it's former self, I would think. Still, I'd think Aethon would have visited there straight away, and been dismayed to see it covered with the houses, roads, and Italian people of the modern mediterranean region.
....slippery slope! Luckily I have a lovely wife to firmly ground me in the realities of life. She wasn't very impressed when I brought a dragon home with me. So I will probably never become a collector of fantastic beasts, much as I might like that. I'll just have to be content in learning everything there is to know about Aethon and master the form.
