Round 1! ...More like 4 with how many pallets I went through... and then my plans for a pattern fell through...
Pallet: Base color of black was only altered to be off-black. Secondary color I picked after being unable to settle on a neon color. Third color is based on old computer monitors and is still blue as requested. Fourth color is again based on old computers. The accent colors are based on the three colors monitors actually display.
Expressions: All custom.
Background: Lucinda font is often used in DOS Command Prompts (read "hacker font") and white on black is the default pallet of the CP. The numbers are binary for "Virus Virus Virus" ect and looping.
