This is something I've had in my head for aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages, but never got around to drawing a full picture of it... until now! (Better late than never I suppose)

Anyway, it's an estate of Grindzy's, the one I most often associate with the mental image of his home, called the Palace of Flowers, a large structure on a cliff overlooking the sea. Abandoned and cheap, Grindzy moved in and renovated the estate, turning a large part of the mansion's interior into a desalinization plant (with magic, wooh) to produce fresh water, which flows into a reservoir at the base of the hill. Because of all the fresh water now available, more parts of the mansion were turned into greenhouses, conservatories, sunrooms, and more, housing huge quantities of plants and fruit-bearing trees.
