A couple of (somewhat inaccurate) creatures from my story. The "real" things in the books do not have horns or hooves; they're something in between a modern horse and eohippus, growing to a rideable size while maintaining multiple digits. It is also omnivorous and has feathers for a mane and at the end of its tail (somewhat shorter than depicted in this drawing, often docked on war mounts).

For those wondering, the critter's name is pronounced with an F sound (seflet).
