Finally got the textures working for the most part? But I've run into a new issue. The lighting for the model is appearing on the wrong side? That's the best way I can describe it.
Like in this image the light is pointed at his face, but it's illuminating the back of his head. Anyone know how to fix this? Any kind of help is appreciated!!

Could be a culling issue in the VMT file itself, one would have to edit it with Notepad ++ to find out what strings and other attributes are being used in the model and textures. But I don't think it's my place to ask to look at those files since the model is most likely private.
Usually strings like
$noculling
$phongboost (0, 1)
$phongexponent
Etc
Ambient occlusion may need to be adjusted in the model materials as well.
Or things of that nature would need altering I want to help, but...I don't know if it's right for me to offer it since again, I don't know if the model and textures are allowed to be looked at by others. I use SFM myself pretty much everyday. If you need help, I can look, but only if I'm allowed to.
