Lovely Cheerilee, darling.

I absolutely love this drawing! Even after all of these years and seasons of MLP:FiM, Cheerilee has remained one of the ponies that I am totally smitten for! I think I just found a new wallpaper for my smartphone...

Yeah, I have a special place in my heart for Cheerilee, and I wish they utilize her more, especially outside the classroom.

We may not see Cheerilee in the show too often, especially in the latest seasons where she has become much more marginalized and forgotten as the scope of the show continues to get grander, but the season 6 episode with the Applewood Derby was an amazing exception to that! That episode showed Cheerilee in a pleated cheerleader skirt, and as far as I'm concerned that's some great fan-service (at least as far as MLP:FiM goes)! It made my heart skip a beat, that's for sure! So hey, at least we got that, right?
