For this particular boss, he wouldn't get away ether. He would have met with a demise of some sort, just not by vore.
There will be a couple other bosses that will escape and have to fight later on. Those ones I'm being careful with since I'm building characters with them and developing the Exstory race while doing it.

Fate will not let him get away, then. Always interesting to see how someone who deserves it get their comeuppance, even if it's not by the hero. Unless it's Smaug, that was disappointing in The Hobbit. Build him up for the whole book, then taken down by a random archer in one shot, really?
It will be cool to see the villains fleshed out. Make them seem more real, even if they're a threat.

I can't look at this and not picture her saying "I've got the Luxray. Where do you want me to put it?"
I think it's the way the tail is out the side of her muzzle but she's looking straight forward. I can picture her just walking along like that for an extended amount of time.
