In the spirit of May flowers, Kaltren is holding a rose between his teeth. Of course, with his shirt unbuttoned and chest fluff being shown off, it looks like he's in a particularly "suave" mood - or at least, attempting to come across that way! It's not often he shows off this level of confidence!
