This was the self indulgent piece I mentioned the other day in my journal. If you know me you know I obviously adore Sally but I also love the Enchantress from Suicide Squad. Yeah I know she was the vanilla villain, but to me she's a fascinating character. Her design is amazing and like nothing I had ever seen before. She has this regal feel that ties into this dark voodoo witch in such a unique and fitting way. I love how feral and creepily mysterious she was. She's also eerily seductive (I'm weird like that.) Given how much fun I have doing Sally cross overs, I figured I'd try to do a darker more left field kind of thing putting her and Enchantress together.
She's colored pencil, ink, and I accomplished the smoke effect with a charcoal pencil. Keep in mind that I did all this with a sprained wrist too! (No pain no gain!)
I'll do what I can to participate in Inktober this year, but it all depends on the other work I have to get done. If you're expecting art from me, I promise it's coming! Just be patient while I work through my injury too.
