Special skills/ magic: He doesn't really have anything special. He can levitate himself and teleport maybe sometimes control foals that were too much in his charm and cuteness but, that's about it.
What he uses as a weapon are words. He uses his adorableness and his charm to lul in others and then makes them turn against each other sometimes even to death. He has started wars with that method.
It doesn't make it better that he's friends with changeling, who help him spread lies and still keep his image.
