3 year old Chucky is trapped by an overzealous relative with a camera, maybe his aunt. Both sketches on the same page, completed different days. And it's not a mistake, Chucky didn't have glasses yet.

He's a little late bloomer. I've seen seen kids still in diapers at 4 though, not hugely uncommon.
