Personality:
Penn is rather vain, but not unpleasant to be around. He loves pretty things and accessories, and is very proud of his appearance. He's also a vegetarian and works for a small modeling agency.
His tail used to be like all red pandas... until he teased it and styled it till it rivaled a squirrels. Loves to be clean and loves clean things, and gets very fussy if his tail and fur gets dirty, mussed, or wet in any way.
He is specially ashamed of how he looks when he's wet - in his opinion he looks like a drowned rat.

Colours:
Body - red orange markings, black main coat.
Tail - light red-orange, dark red-orange, scarlet tipped
Head - tan white and red orange
Eyes - green
Hair - red chestnut with scarlet tips
His ears are scarlet-tipped.

Drew this a while ago but fiddled with his face a bit. Also didn't use any references... so sorry about any anatomy mistakes. I think his waist is too long isn't it? I keep doing that. >.< And ignore the crappy bamboo piece in his paw XD
