I had no issues with this order, though when I purchased mine I also ordered my boyfriend a pair of paws and the shape of the paws were off slightly. When I pointed it out on the WIP they fixed it within hours.

HANDS AND FEET

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
I absolutely adore my paws. They are extremely comfortable and when I wear them, many people stop to admire my glitter claws.

The feet are extremely comfortable, they are built on shoes and the size is perfect.


Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The fur is very soft.
The shaving is lovely, and they are every bit as beautiful in real life as the images.

The claws you can see some stitch lines close up, but that's just because of the nature of working and curving vinyl.

I wish I had specified that more fursuit head is more of an eggshell/off white, but in pictures the shade difference is hardly noticeable.

How satisfied are you with how closely the suit matches the concept art?
If there was no concept art, please state N/A
Very, though we added more than what was on the reference. :) They held my hand through what would be the best materials for my character and even suggested working with a new material (Sparkle vinyl for the claws) which have an amazing, subtle effect.


How satisfied are you with how well everything fits together and matches up?
Do you markings match up at the seams? Are the colors consistent?
Very. As said previously the white is a few shades lighter than my suit head, but it's almost indistinguishable.

Were any deadlines missed or was it done early?
Very satisfied. I was given a month for completion, but I ended up ordering another pair of feet/paws for my boyfriend which understandably added another to their queue. I volunteered another month so we could be shipped together.

Extremely!


How satisfied are you with the overall customer service and professionalism of the maker?
Service was prompt, and any misunderstandings were apologized for and dealt with quickly. Very professional and kind.

This maker was extremely fast, both in results and responses. Can't think of any cons. :)
