I agree it's a really good game, haven't played it all the way through yet, but what I have played is really good

I saw someone say it got a lower score at IGN than Sonic Forces. That makes me kind of sad. I know little else of how it was reviewed. (I'm too afraid to even look)

I don't trust ign or go by reviews, usually I play a game first than watch a review or two.

I bought way too many games I hated based on showers of praise. I don't even trust reviews in general anymore, and usually just buy games with my heart.
