I got a note today from 
skidd who asked if I had ever sung Melodies of Life. I can play the backing on the piano and I have sung it before, but never recorded it.
Yes, I messed up the line "Me met, we Laughed" I said "Let" rofl. Oh well.
Now, this is REALLY rough and it's done in Sound recorder. No echoes or backing, just some acapella singing. One harmony, for fun.
I sing it un-naturally. If you know the original though, and listen to the singer, she isn't that natural either In my opinion. I think the english version is a bit.. well it's a bit too hard to make it flow due to the lyrics. I tend to overpronounce it. I sound very "english" on this sample so it's a bit odd?
Anyway I might keep this up, shove it in scraps. I don't know. I can't do any proper recordings :( so this is just a bit of fun.

Have you thought of maybe doing another :different" cover, like the one you did of "F-ing Her Gently"? I STILL crack up every time to hear your sweet voice singing that song.

I have always tried ifferent things. I like covering some odd stuff but I just haven't recorded much of it. I'm even thinking about doing some Linkin Park, but making it really melodic and pretty, and slower. I tried to do it with Numb first, which sounds very pretty if I use the guitar and my voice in an acoustic way. I think It might be something people would enjoy because it's a little different.
