well.. judging from that pose you'll win.. whatever she is planing on doing with her left hand you should be able to parry it with your right arm end then attack her with your left. I know she has her right arm free but if you just cut from below theres no way she can parry it (or dodge it for that matter since you're already holding on to her (after parrying her left arm))
