Who did you call if monsters are frightening you?
In Mexico the answer is simple: SANTO!!!
SANTO (Saint) was a professional luchador from the Mexican lucha libre, and maybe the most famous wrestler in the years 1942 - 1982, in that time he was never unmasked.
He won several championships, trophies, masks and featured about 60 movies from the 50´s – 80´s years fighting against the classic monsters like Count Dracula, Wolfman, Frankestein, Vampire women, zombies, female werewolves, mummies and even martians!! Pretty similar like Batman featured by Adam West.

BTW: Do you hear about the newest Disney-Pixar movie: COCO? SANTO appears briefly towards the film in a cameo.

A lot of Americans know him from a show called Mystery Science Theater 3000 where they would "watch" movies and make funny comments about them. I think the El Santo movie they did was called The Vampire Women where El Santo has to stop the BRIDES OF SATAN and vampires from ruining a young "girl's" (she was about 35) wedding. Are they doing MODERN El Santo movies? They should!

um, Im not sure what that image is supposed to mean, but Im going to assume its a good thing. also, The Strain isnt on anymore, so you will have to watch it on Hulu. they have 3 seasons, but not the 4th. El Santo's storyline begins in season 1 and ends in season 3 anyway, so if you wanted to know how that goes, then you dont need season 4
