After much searching in the Dragon Realm, my eyes slowly scan downwards. A cluster of eggs, all surrounded by different shaped creatures catches my eyes as I then land, my backwings going inside of my body. As I walk up, I notice a black and neon-esque coloured egg sitting alone, pushed off to the side, a hole in the centre. Looking up to the mother dragoness, I tilt my head. She closes her eyes, looking away, as if to tell me that the dragon inside is no more. Determined, I pick it up and peer in, keeping it close to my chest as I look up to her with hopeful eyes.
"The egg's shell may be damaged..." I say softly. "But what counts is what's inside.."
