This was my submission to PopCap's Peggle art contest; it brought me one of the twenty runner-up awards. They stressed that art about Peggle could take just about any form, but they also noted that the winners would be included somehow in future games. One of the suggestions they made was to create a new character with a new special power; as an avid player of the game, this caught my imagination. And everyone else's. The vanishingly few entrants who created straightforward Peggle fan art took the Grand Prize. If only I had been smart enough to do that!

So, anyway, here's Phylo. He's an interior designer. Any assumptions you make from that are your own. His special attack rearranges the colors on a level. (If you haven't played the game: You complete a level by hitting all the orange pegs, which are randomly distributed.) I first wanted to call him Floyd, for the pun, but then I thought that might be stepping on the "no reference to real people" clause in the contest rules.
