Eyelid would be annoying sure, but not as totally on display as right on your forehead @_@
And a giant zit is a very good reason to go to the doctors @0@ Want a cream to get rid of it asap.
You can pretty much consider this one not cannon though, she'd never have her head off like this in the real story around others XD

And I feel fine.
And it could be worse. Than 1 zit and a detached head. (Just not fashionable... YET!) Could be split in half too. Down the middle. And sporting a chestburster from Alien. And... uh... zombie!
Yeah, being dismembered undead would be a little bit more troublesome than a zit on the forehead.
