Don’t cry Tes, funny daddy will take care of you ♥

Quackerjack and Tesla right after she hatched. She wasn’t actually crying when she hatched since birds don’t have that same first moment of breath that mammals do, but there was a whole lot of noise and chaos going on during her first moments outside so needless to say she freaked a little. Quackerjack is just relieved she’s alive. He was pretty much a complete emotional mess during the whole thing so even a crying baby is wonderful to him at this point. He doesn’t take a whole lot of things seriously, but helping his premature daughter hatch was kind of a big deal to him.

All this sweet daddy stuff is seriously mushing out my brain, but damn it’s cute ♥
