A rare picture of medulla, not being completely overshadowed by a much larger Fang. That’s not to say that Fang’s not just off screen ready to snarf her up, but for the moment at least, Medulla is enjoying an entire picture to herself for once.
Drawing at conventions is always a wonderful experience. It is a lovely break from the norm, and lets me practice drawing away from the comfort zone of my tablet and PC. While I probably drew a little less than previous years at this year’s CFz, the sketches were probably a little more refined, and we mixed things up with board games and things too to avoid melting in what was a surprisingly warm week.
