Jeremiahs is an engineer, hailing from a prestigious family. While much of his family has been about preserving tradition, Jere has always been interested in challenging the boundaries of modern technology and equations.
He once had an entire crew of highly reputable mechanics and technicians working under him to help realize his concepts via the blueprints he'd draw up for them. But...his habit of micromanaging every aspect of his projects, coupled with his perfectionism and impossible standards eventually drove them to seek employment under someone more..."reasonable".

Kiki is a bonifide "self-taught" tinkerer who calls herself a mechanic, if anyone were to ask. She never had the luxury of attaining any form of formal education, but has pursued her trade with a firey passion since she was a wee lass. It was by pure luck (and Jeremiahs' desperation) that she fell under Jere's fussy, nitpicky, scrutinizing employ. And, it was by some miracle that Kiki was able to read between the lines of Jere's written conceptualizations and immaculate blueprints; bringing his creations to life in a way that was somehow better than he'd have imagined it being.
So while her scrappy work style and (seemingly) sloppy approach to his mercurial directions continue to chafe him, Jeremiahs and Kiki are nothing short of a power duo.
