Well Komamura does come off as stand-offish due to his appearance as it is, and being similar to him in regard of social interaction does make the subjective view very clear. However, Rangiku's outgoing nature and beauty (along with a more than ample bust) draws attention and a strong sense of warmth & acceptance. If an individual's the type to not make an affectionate move, Rangiku would and literal smothering would be more than likely an outcome...moreso if the Teasing Field is wide open (As proven constantly with Captain Hitsugaya).
So if I were to guess at how Rosato may act, I'd say she would probably come off as Cynical when first met, only if the circumstances of the meeting was planned, with the sudden Twist-of-Fate of showing that she's WAY nicer than she lead to believe as an icebreaker. After all, what better way to make a scene than having fun with the new guy.
