This is Anderson the Sandshrew. Also known as Andy.
He works as a digger for an underground mining company.
Being a Sandshrew, you would think he's a good digger. He is, but with his Driller Arm, he's the top of his class.
However, Andy is terribly afraid of the dark. That's why he wears a Light Arm Band. It illuminates the darkness as long as he has enough battery charge in it.
The Goggles he wears protects his eyes from flying debris and things like that.
His signature move is Drill Punch.
