Clenching his teeth, Draco bowed his head to the inevitable and turned to the cell wall. Beside him, Harry crawled towards him and put his hand comfortingly on his knee. "Dray..." he murmured softly.
The blonde swiped a hand at his face, brushing the beginnings of tears off his cheeks and sneering as though daring Harry to call him out on it. But Harry said nothing, only wrapping his arms around Draco's body, holding him as tight as he could.
Draco's breath caught in his throat, and Harry could feel him shaking. He felt the restrained sobs, and realized they were also his own.
Tears coursed down both of their faces as he held one another in the darkness, biting down on their lips to keep their silence and what remained of their pride.
