He knelt down beside Draco, cradling his exhausted body in his arms. His nemesis glared up at him, refusing to look him in the eye and still breathing weakly against him. "I don't need your help, Potter," he spat ruefully.

Harry's breath was also short and shallow, but the tint of pink in his cheeks made it clear it was for other reasons. The feel of the body against his own made him tremble.

"It doesn't matter if you want me to," he told him, offering his hand and trying his best to keep it steady. "We- no, I- want to do something for you. You're not evil, I know it."

Draco hesitated to take his hand, glaring daggers at him. "It's no business of yours who I side myself with."

"It is my business! I don't want to fight you, I lov-" He stopped, looking down at the ground, flushing bright red.

Sighing, blood rising to his pale cheeks as well, Draco put his hand on top of Harry's and pushed it away from him. "We've made our choices already."

He stood abruptly, shoving the younger boy's hands off of him. "I will kill you if you challenge me again." Harry watched, still crouched on the ground, as Draco stalked away from him across the grounds.

While I was drawing this, I was roleplaying/writing a story with a friend of mine from AarinFantasy. X3 This is where we were when I started drawing, and I absolutely LOVED this scene so I decided to share it.

We were playing humans, but I'm so used to furry I decided to do it this way. Harry's an English setter, Draco is, of course, a ferret. XD Sorry it's so small, I guess I wasn't paying attention. <.<
