My mother is an absolutely exemplary example of a human being as she is one of the biggest nerds you'll ever meet. Whether it's star trek, skyrim, or comic books, she's quite enamored by all of them. Like, no joke she made her own recreation of one of the necklaces from Skyrim and decided to make earrings to match it, AND had a blanket which recreates the tapestries about the Graybeards, just to give you a general idea about the kind of person my mother is. Well, normally every year she defaults to being a witch as it's the easiest thing to throw together. However, this year my mom looked to me and said "You know, I'm tired of being a witch every year. I want to be something cool! And I kinda have an idea" before proceeding to recount the cover of an episode of Super Girl Comic where she was fighting Power Girl. My mom however wanted to put her own unique spin on Super Girl's (in her case, woman's) outfit to contrast the stark white Power Girl suit. So with a quick trip to my bank and to Ebay I decided to help make her dream of being Super Woman this year come to fruition. The amount of work she put into this over the weekend to make it in time for her work's Halloween costume day was amazing and I was happy to help her. Honestly I think she looks pretty cool and it's refreshing to see a costume or something like that matter to her to a meaningful degree. With how much she loves Supes, and has ever since she was a kid I can vouch for this fact with absolute certainty in the time I've known her, she is indeed a Super Woman
Now I have one more late piece of Halloween art I'm working on finishing up that was annoyingly delayed because my colored pencil lead kept breaking, and then I can rap up Halloween for this year and move onto Thanksgiving! Hopefully I can be on time this year lol.

It works for me. One of the nice things about cosplay is you don't have to specifically go with a certain character, she could make her own "super woman/girl" character out of this.
Yep, the boots, the cape, the unitard, she's about halfway there. Just have to get her some extras up top to round out the whole Jedi/Sith look, a hooded robe and a good lightsaber, she could be a Sith sorcerer :D
Twi'leks are best alien!

lol well despite the near Buddha levels of emotional control needed, I think she'd favor the Jedi. Always gotta love a good hero!
And indeed they are! Though there's another few I love to death! One being the Gand, the Chandra-Fan, and Quarren especially! It's very nice to meet you by the way!
