Such a good analogy for schadenfreude, but I've become more in love with the idea of being a prey, even if it's only in everyday human interactions... Someone cuts you in line, or someone "wins" your girl from you, saves her from you... The satisfaction they must feel if they are/were a love rival... I've capitulated more than once to other males, and it tuned me into this masochistic love, sorry if that's weird and confusing, heh ^__^
