Final Fight II: Freddie is Ready
Thank you Capcom. You somehow informed a generation of impressionable something-or-others of all things Bara. Thank you.
Sincerely,
- The 1990s
A while back I re-discovered the awesome muscley baraness of old Capcom games, and also came across this awesome peice of art of Freddie done by Itadori-Syu over on DeviantArt. Wow.
When I first saw him, I thought he looked a bit gorilla-like too, so that aspect plus general interest in the character inspired me to design him the way you now see!

Cheers!! And yeah, Freddie is kind of obscure--he hasn't actually been in Street Fighter (though I guess they're all part of the same universe), he only appeared in "Final Fight 2". You can see his sprite sheet by clicking here! Freddie is the one in the middle.
But many thanks as always buddy!

A possibly obscure boss character from Final Fight 2! Here's his sprite sheet (Freddie is the one in the middle) and I updated my submission description to include my inspiration/reference for him!
Golly, I thought I was just coming on here to share my art, but I might find my calling as an informant on obscure video game villains...!

Hah, cheers! Glad to hear!
Yeah, I definitely was inspired by Itadori-Syu's representation of him. I might have gone a little bit orcish with him, but in the end, it's fan art, so as long as it looks cool and people like it, I'm happy!
