((For PCAers, this is Jasper's original concept as I drew him before I knew of the PCA. Not as old as Matthew's art, but about a year old. Also just recently forced myself to color it. This is him at the age of 18 (Though slightly younger than Matthew) a little after graduation. He's on Matthew's SWAT team within a small city on a secluded pokemorph island. His code name is Green.))
