Childhood:
A Bastard son of a fisherman  that died at sea one story day and raised by a die hard hard working single mother that worked in the fishery to support the two, Phineiss's childhood was a rather dull one that he has and still will say to this day, He was raised by a single mother that worked in the fish factory as he was mostly a trouble maker when not in school, he would normally play pranks on his teachers as well as on the police in town, this normally got him in trouble to a degree with the law but not to a very large extent. He would shape up and stop his pranks when he reached his adolescent years.
Adolescence:
He was only given schooling to the 9th grade then took over his mothers boat after she became unable to work from an illness that damaged her muscle structure forcing her to be bed ridden at her home overlooking the harbor of the town. The rest of his Adolescence was mostly fishing and getting hammered at the towns bar at night on the weekends when his mother was visiting friends to stumble home and sleep then start the process again the next day of the beginning week. 
Adulthood:
After she died he enlisted into the service to escape the boring fishery he worked for wile selling the family bought and house to move to the city Wopen to work on oil wells, as time went on and the war began he was confronted with a choice to either turn in the Rebel forces or aid in escape, he decided he did not like living under oppression anymore an aided them and become a m of the rebel army at the same time.
after a few drinks the two were leaving the bar Scar notest a crew of men filling a pro-pain tank that was leaking at the place they were drinking and notest a faint smell of gas, He also saw one of the men filling it pull out a cigarette and go to light it. Scar pushed officer out of the way along with a few other unknown individuals into a more covered potion to have a ball of fire erupt next to him fallowed by an explosion horrifyingly scaring his body causing to much damage for him to continue military service, after this event he decided go to Reii ranch since he had no home anymore, he has lived there to this day.
