Nekoi Devo-ya, a character from my series "Migratory Birds".
She is a priestess of the Moon Goddesses from the covent of the Moons' Gardens in the city of Seamerakis.
In the background the three moons: Heya, the golden moon; Tezu, the red moon and Koda, the black moon.
She turned out a little bit more sexy than I had aimed for in the beginning. But it fits her quite well: Her faith does not frown upon sex, on the contrary, it endorse sexual activities of any kind, as it is considered to be a celebration of mortal lifewhich the Moon Goddesses guide and protect and Nekoi fully embraces that standpoint
A portrait I have been planning to do for a long time by now.
Nekoi appears in the ongoing "Airship" story arc of my series and over the time she became one of my favorite characters, a worthy antagonist of Jiddy, not because of being such a strong villain, but being headstrong enough to oppose and confront Jiddy without fear. So it was about time that she got a worthy portrait.
I used a whole mix of stuff in this one. On top of the usual pencils and graphite, it features chalk, crayon and oil pastels. No digitals!
