Every Dragon needs a hobby, Vel's just happens to be Alchemy. He spends a lot of hours either in his cave working on new concoctions or out all over the world searching for rare herbs to spike with magic to create new things.

Unfortunately things can get a little unstable when he's working on new ones and things like this tend to happen from time to time. Anyone else would probably take measures to make sure it didn't happen again by setting up failsafes or doing control portion, but with dragon hide being as tough as it is Vel never really learns his lesson, no matter how many tables or beakers he has to replace.

I wanted to get something small, silly and cute that wasn't necessarily cuddly or vorish, and Rimentus certainly delivered on that, I absolutely adore this piece, and the small changes I had made to Vel (mostly the more box-shaped snout) I'm going to be keeping heading into the future.
