i got the idea to draw a character like this after i herd the song "Popular" from the "Wicked" sound track.

Shes not really suppose to be like out right mean to Lara, she just thinks Lara should act a certain way so she belittles it and trys to make Lara come to her way of thinking

dunno why i thought she should have stars in her eyes but it looks cool
