I just realized I never uploaded these here.

These are reference sketches for Kayla-La's newer design. I gave her a shorter haircut for these and changed a few details about her. The headband is gone and replaced by an embedded aquamarine and two metal strips on either side. The eye markings have a more set design instead of me just drawing them however I felt like at the time. Other than that, not much has changed yet.

I still plan to design her some new outfits, and a couple more hairstyles. What I'd ultimately like is for artists to have an array of hairstyles and outfits to choose from for her. People can still draw her in her old longer haired hairstyle if they prefer, though the other details are retro-active and I won't be putting them back, like the headband and such.

If anyone has any suggestions for hairstyles, go ahead and say such, I might give it a try and see if I like it. Long or short, doesn't matter, the worst I can do is not use it, so don't be afraid to throw your ideas out!

This is a pretty good reference for anyone who wants to draw her right now and doesn't need clothes references or the like. I really need to draw her a proper ref sheet, but it's intimidating to me, so I've been avoiding it and working on commissions and the like, instead. Blah!
