I'd gotten a bunch of broken bits of fake flowers for props with them. It's not that trite, they're made of acrylic after all. But the storm dumped all these branches everywhere and this photo set came out so unbearably mournful somehow. I'm just glad I could do something of use with it, the bough in this was like a third of a tree. It had already split in one of the storms in years past. There isn't so much left of it really. It was still pretty windy and drizzly and hard to get it to keep a pose besides sitting but I think its suitably inquisitive.
