Oh its about a serie of manga called Uzumaki, by Junji Ito. where a curse takes place in a town, always in the shape of a spiral. Basically if you see a spiral it means bad news.
Is very creepy.

That is a great horror manga i can only recommend reading it but only if u like the H.P. Lovecraft styled horrorstyle or you can withstand with your stomach and your brain because there are some really rough things in that manga.
