Belle Époque: Lina's Prototype Dress - Stage 2C
The most startling change of all arrives with a flurry of brushing sensations across her entire face. Lina had been feeling like a perfect doll all afternoon--now she truly looked the part! Somehow her eyes were wider, her waistline narrower, and her hair bundled into perfect, shiny ringlets that couldn't possibly have been grown from a human head. Gone unmentioned thus far is the way Lina presents herself to the people she comes across. Her posture is utterly flawless--helped in no small part by a corset having grown up her spine beneath the dress. She also is surprised to discover her voice developed an almost unshakable Mid-Atlantic accent, with crisp, precise pronunciation as if she had spent years at grammar school in Boston. She makes for quite the sight strolling down the street in the mid-afternoon.
